(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has announced this week that her department is going to go after individuals she says made “false claims” about voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election last year.
According to a new report from Gateway Pundit, Nessel is going to employ the use of the state police to “assist in the matter.” The attorney general then stated that she is going to use a report from the state’s Republican Sen. Ed McBroom, who along with his colleagues, stated they found no evidence of voter fraud in the election.
McBroom has encouraged Nessel to pursue after people who made these “false claims” about the voting process.
So if you dared to come forward and relay what you witnessed concerning potential voter fraud, you might be getting harassed by state police courtesy of Attorney General Nessel. That’s absolutely insane.
Is something like this actually legal? How does Nessel still have her job as the attorney general? It’s pretty clear this woman knows nothing about the U.S. Constitution, nor does she seem to appreciate or respect our nation’s founding document, which also is the law of the land, regardless of what state you are from.
Back in November, Gateway Pundit sent an entire team located in Detroit to interview dozens of GOP election observers who had been attacked, threatened, and abused during their time at the TCF Center in Detroit on election night, where President Donald Trump won by a significant margin. Until all of those trucked in ballots arrived.
Several of these individuals witnessed first-hand carloads of ballots being taken into the center during the middle of the night on November 4th. All of these were marked for Joe Biden.
The Gateway Pundit publication dumped over $10,000 to gain access to the video footage of these late night deliveries.
What’s really mind-blowing is that the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee put out a report that stated there was no “systematic” fraud during the election last November. The word they were going for was “systemic,” but hey, the spelling is the last thing to be concerned about with this trash document.
Sen. McBroom, along with Mike Shirkey, have urged government officials to conduct an investigation into those individuals responsible for blowing the whistle on irregularities and potential fraud. This is a betrayal of conservative values and proves that McBroom is just a Republican in name only.
“On Tuesday, November 3rd President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in the swing state of Michigan by over 100,000 votes. This appeared to be another solid win for President Trump in Michigan with a greater margin than his 2016 victory. The ballot counting in Detroit, Michigan on election night took place at the TCF Center, formerly known as Cobo Hall,” a GP report said.
“This is the site where Detroit City Officials put cardboard over the windows to prevent the GOP observers from seeing in, where poll workers were militantly hostile to the GOP observers, and where hundreds of affidavits by election observers claim they witnessed voter fraud,” the report continued.
“At least three election observers testified in sworn affidavits that they witnessed vehicles delivering fraudulent ballots to the TCF Center early in the morning on November 4th,” the report added.
Shane Trejo stated that he witnessed a Biden ballot drop at around 3:30 am, which resulted in a huge boost for the former vice president in the race against President Donald Trump.
“There were thousands of ballots in each box,” Trejo went on to reveal. “There were at least 50 boxes that I saw unloaded at 3:30 am, well after the 8:00 pm deadline for ballots to show up.”
It’s shocking the lengths Dana Nessel and other top Michigan officials are willing to go in order to prevent their own constituents from knowing the truth about this election.

Go and Google ‘Mike Lindell and Dennis Montgomery’ if you still think Mike is on to something. Montgomery is the cyber ‘expert’ who provided Mike’s evidence, and publicly available internet history searches show that Montgomery developed his forgeries over time, then hooked Lindell who was desperate to believe. It’s a con job, and Lindell is the mark. Go look it up if you don’t believe me.

If only anyone at all could provide any proof whatsoever (that could stand the light of day) that there was mass fraud. So far every single piece of so called ‘evidence’ has disintegrated when exposed to proper scrutiny. It’s amazing to me that so many Americans are so prepared to unquestioningly accept anything that supports what they are clearly desperate to believe but have seen no proof of. Can anyone here direct me to any proof that the election was stolen? I don’t mean Lindell’s films which are utter hogwash and have been proven as such, I mean any actual evidence that proves something. Er, the article states that they want to go after people making false claims. They should, because the baseless claims of fraud are undermining your democracy. Surely if people are prepared to swear on the bible that they saw mass fraud, and the claims are interrogated, that’s a good thing right? Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel displays a clear confusion in fundamental Constitutional principles , specifically the First Amendment regarding freedom of speech. Her time after her required resignation could be best used researching the intents and meanings of the Federal Constitution, if a further pursuit of a law career is desired.
