ALERT: Judge Rules Special Counsel Can Have Most Of The Fusion GPS Emails

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Special counsel John Durham has been diligently working to uncover the Democrats’ plot to influence the 2016 election using a hoax they concocted involving then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia.

Now a federal judge has ruled that Durham can have most of the emails involving Fusion GPS that he requested.

As you likely know, Fusion GPS is a company that worked with the Clinton campaign and hired a British operative to create the infamous “Steele Dossier,” which was nothing more than a compilation of lies and misinformation. The FBI, however, used this dossier as the foundation for their investigation into the hoax.

Fusion GPS has claimed that the emails were protected from disclosure due to attorney-client privilege, however, the federal judge did not agree.

According to the judge, only a few of the emails fell under that category but 22 of them did not. Judge Christopher Cooper ordered Fusion GPS to hand over 22 of the 38 documents requested by Durham.

The remaining 16 do not have to be handed over but that doesn’t mean that can’t change at some point in the future.

As per the ruling, the communications in the emails mostly involve discussions among Fusion GPS workers and thus aren’t protected. They also reveal Fusion agents were planning to take their supposed findings to the press.

“Because these emails appear not to have been written in anticipation of litigation but rather as part of ordinary media-relations work, they are not entitled to attorney work-product protection,” the judge said.

The Clinton campaign has claimed they hired Fusion GPS for “legal consulting” related to defamation and libel during the campaign, the judge noted, but added, “It is clear that Fusion employees also interacted with the press as part of an affirmative media relations effort by the Clinton Campaign. That effort included pitching certain stories, providing information on background, and answering reporters’ questions.”

The Democrats pulled out all the stops in 2016 in an effort to stop Trump from winning the election. They put out all sorts of claims about Trump to hurt him and there’s even evidence that Barack Obama was briefed on a plot by Hillary Clinton to put out false information that Trump was linked to Russia to deflect from her own scandals.

A Substack report revealed the disclosures will include, “Internal Fusion GPS e-mails discussing the Alfa Bank data and e-mails circulating draft versions of the Alfa Bank white papers that were ‘ultimately provided to the press and the FBI.’”

The unfounded claim was that the Trump campaign had some secret computer link to Alfa Bank in Russia.

Among the emails that Durham will not get for now are 8 among Fusion employees and 8 others among several Fusion GPS executives and others.

The judge also said, “Court takes no position on the other approximately 1500 documents that Fusion GPS withheld as privileged.”

The Substack report deduced, “We can assume based on this ruling that the majority of those documents would not be privileged. Durham will likely get most of them.”

Durham has done an excellent job unraveling this web of lies, propaganda, and actual disinformation. We can only hope that in the end the ones at the top (Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama) are held accountable.

  1. There is always hope that Hillary will someday end up behind bars, But its doubtful Hillary and Slick Willy have escaped thus far.

  2. Why doesn’t Durham act like Muller? he should just go in and sieze all the documents, emails, text messages and arrest EVERYONE involved.
