(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – A group of Republican lawmakers has decided that enough is enough when it comes to the constant flubs, gaffes, and disastrous mishandling of the Afghanistan troop withdrawal and have taken action by filing articles of impeachment against Joe Biden, also going on to cite the border crisis and the eviction moratorium that even he stated could possibly be unconstitutional.
The bill is sponsored by Republican Rep. Bob Gibbs of Ohio. There are three other co-sponsors for it including Reps. Brian Babin, Randy Weber, and Andy Biggs.
According to a report from WND, Gibbs tore into Biden over how badly he has mishandled the country in a recent interview he conducted with the Washington Examiner.
“I take this seriously. I don’t think it’s haphazard. I’m not trying to get media attention for myself,” Gibbs went on to say. “[Biden has] done so much damage to this country in less than nine months, which is really scary.”
The congressman then went on to finish by saying that Biden is not qualified to be a leader.
“He’s not capable of being commander in chief, and that’s obvious by the actions since Day One when he took the presidency back in January,” he continued. “Maybe something like this makes the White House think twice before they do some of this nonsense.”
Gibbs has filed three articles of impeachment.
One of the articles the congressman filed says that Biden “violated his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President” in how he handled the crisis at the border as thousands upon thousands of illegal aliens cross over into our country, many of them carrying COVID.
“Another article says he violated the separation of powers when he extended the federal eviction moratorium ‘despite the clear warning from the U.S. Supreme Court’ and ‘with no legislative directive from the U.S. Congress,'” the report noted.
When Biden was asked about an extension for the eviction moratorium back on August 3, he told a reporter, “The bulk of the constitutional scholarship says that it’s not likely to pass constitutional muster… But there are several key scholars who think that it may and it’s worth the effort. But the present — you could not — the Court has already ruled on the present eviction moratorium.”
“A third article of impeachment calls for the president to be removed over his botched exit from Afghanistan. The article states that Biden ‘failed to act responsibly as Commander in Chief with regard to the withdrawal of United States forces from Afghanistan,'” WND said in its report.
“Who in their right mind takes troops out before they take out American citizens and our allies?” the congressman said.
“He added that he does not foresee his attempt to impeach Biden going anywhere with Democrats in control of the House, but said he filed the articles in an attempt to hold the president accountable,” the report continued.
“Obviously, it’s not going to go anywhere with Speaker [Nancy] Pelosi,” he went on to say. “It shows that there are some Republicans that think that this president needs to be impeached, he needs to be removed from office one way or another.”
“At some point, they’re gonna be held accountable for their actions, and this is kind of putting them on notice,” Gibbs proclaimed.
“It’s clear the President is not up to the job, that his entire administration is willing to thumb its nose at the Constitution,” he posted in a tweet published on Tuesday.
“Though Pelosi’s House will not hold [Biden] accountable, it’s incumbent upon House Republicans to call out his egregious violations of his oath of office,” the congressman said.

Biden has done far more to deserve being impeached than President Donald Trump did, and he was impeached not once, but twice. The failure at the border alone is enough to warrant calls for the man to be booted from office. What happened with the troop withdrawal is just the icing on the cake.

The fact that Biden is protected as he leaves out country vulnerable in life threatening ways and levels , ignoring the laws, aiding and arming our enemies over and over again and bringing people unchecked with serious diseases into our communities as they lie to our face about this invasion that they have created, while his administration violates the law for false pious reasons makes it clear that we have an massive population of people in government who are without an honorable character. The fact that for elections they have thousands of non-existent people voting by mail which voting anonymously has been the brain child of people who have bee cheating to us election after election. It is a wonder that he and his cronies are not struck by lightning and that we keep allowing them to steal elections.
This is mostly symbolic as little hope Dem’s will along with it. Best we could hope for is a resignation but don’t count on even that because Biden gives cover to all those pulling his strings. However we can count on Mr. Biden to very visibly screw up more and more. His approval ratings will continue to drop so even independents and moderates will likely not vote for dem’s in 22.
Control the House and Senate and much is possable.
The sad reality here is that only three Republicans were willing to take a stand, EVERY REPUBLICAN in the House and Senate should have signed on to these articles, But as usual their lack of backbone is obvious, We all know this will go nowhere but at least the American people will know that there are a few in Congress willing to take the risk, The BIDEN administration is completely incompetent and pose a threat to the security of the United States and the rest of the world
