BREAKING: CNN’s Brian Stelter’s Days Are Numbered…

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – CNN is under new management and no one is safe. Under former president Jeff Zucker, the media outlet went from a once-respected news channel to a radically biased propaganda machine.

Now, new President Chris Licht has taken over and isn’t wasting any time making the changes needed to repair the network’s reputation. So far he’s proven to be serious about this endeavor which appears to include the possible departure of big name hosts who are too partisan to ever be trusted by viewers.

Among those big names is leftist Brian Stelter. His time at CNN just might be running out according to a CNN insider.

Stelter, the host of “Reliable Sources,” has put a target on his back for stirring up anti-management internal strife. Probably not the best move as the network is looking to undergo a major makeover.

As CNN attempts to move away from being the biggest purveyor of leftist propaganda, Stelter just may be the first on the chopping block, according to journalist Jon Nicosia of News Cycle Media, who cited an unidentified CNN insider as his source.

On Wednesday, Nicosia tweeted that “Stelter is ‘down to weeks if not days’ left at CNN.” He quoted his source as saying, “He is everything that reminds the new owners of the Zucker era they desperately want to get past.”

After longtime President Jeff Zucker stepped down in February, Chris Licht was hired just as Discovery merged with WarnerMedia in April.

Licht has made it very clear from the beginning he is working to take CNN in a new direction, which only makes sense considering how terrible the network’s ratings are. Licht wants to move away from the nonstop Trump bashing that has become CNN’s new identity.

Nicosia added, “Management is confident Stelter is the one sharing the internal pushback to fellow media reporters while simultaneously stirring discontent within the ranks.”

Stelter is so radical he’s even being called out by other leftists on his own show. On one occasion, he was slammed by another Trump-hater who called him a sanctimonious windbag who pushes fake news.

Leftist and author Michael Wolff appeared on Stelter’s show “Reliable Sources,” (an ironic name) last July and told the host, “I think you yourself, you know, while you’re a nice guy, you know, you’re full of sanctimony. You know, you’ve become part of, one of the parts of the problem of the media.”

He added that Stelter is “one of the reasons people can’t stand the media.”

Even more embarrassing, Stelter recently faced ridicule when a college freshman asked a question that led to an awkward and bumbling non-answer.

During an April broadcast from the left-wing University of Chicago on the topic of “Disinformation and the Erosion of Democracy,” student Christopher Phillips called out CNN for being one of the biggest purveyors of disinformation out there.

“You’ve all spoken extensively about Fox News being a purveyor of disinformation. But CNN is right up there with them,” Phillips said to preface his question.

“They pushed the Russian collusion hoax, they pushed the Jussie Smollett hoax, they smeared Justice [Brett] Kavanaugh as a rapist, and they also smeared [Kentucky high school student] Nick Sandmann as a white supremacist. And yes, they dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop affair as pure Russian disinformation,” he continued.

“With mainstream corporate journalists becoming little more than apologists and cheerleaders for the regime,” Phillips added, “is it time to finally declare that the canon of journalistic ethics is dead or no longer operative?

“All the mistakes of the mainstream media, and CNN in particular, seem to magically all go in one direction. Are we expected to believe that this is all just some sort of random coincidence or is there something else behind it?” the freshman asked.

Stelter went on to stumble about his words but never actually answered the question, instead claiming they were out of time and that the CNN he watches isn’t like that. It was an embarrassing moment for both him and CNN.

Stelter has been an unpopular CNN personality within the network for months, however. Back in February, Fox News reported that insiders were slamming him for refusing to report about the affair that Zucker was accused of having with another CNN employee.

Not to mention, Stelter also has a certain air of arrogance about him that is totally off-putting. We can’t imagine too many people actually enjoy his company.

If CNN’s new leadership is serious about toning down the leftist rhetoric, they’re going to need to get back to reporting on actual news and that is going to be a tough hill for someone like Stelter to climb.

Americans don’t trust him and know his politics. On top of stirring up anti-management sentiment, it seems as though the future of CNN ought to be Stelter-free.

  1. Never trust CNN again. They have
been poisoned by these psychotic liberals. They destroy every damn thing they touch. Every night I pray that they all fall off the face of the earth and rot in hell. The only problem there is Satan does not want to miserable bastards either.

  2. I know its hard to believe but i remember many years ago that CNN was a middle of the road news channel, But something went terribly wrong they started bringing in these left wing lying nut jobs and suddenly their viewership went off the rail. The only thing that has kept them on the air was DONALD TRUMP The very few viewers they did have bought into their lies hook line and sinker and it has sunk them. If they ever intend to become a trust worthy news outlet again it will take years and a lot of house cleaning.Reputations are very hard to rebuild once it has been destroyed. This new head of CNN has his work cut out for him.
