(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – As you’ve likely heard by now, Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, was arrested over the weekend for a drunk driving incident. Now new details have emerged.
On Saturday, Paul Pelosi was arrested shortly before midnight in Napa County, California, after an accident involving his 2021 Porsche and a 2014 Jeep.
According to TMZ, Pelosi is now facing two misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level or 0.08 or higher.
The California Highway Patrol said in a statement that Paul Pelosi drove his Porsche into an intersection and was hit by the Jeep, according to the Los Angeles Times.

“The driver of the Porsche (Party Number 1, Pelosi) was traveling eastbound on Walnut Lane and attempted to cross SR-29, when his Porsche was struck by a party traveling northbound on SR-29 (Party Number 2, Lopez) driving a Jeep. Pelosi was arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage at 11:44 pm. He was subsequently booked into the Napa County Detention Center for a violation of 23152(a) and 23152(b) of the vehicle code,” a CHP statement said.
There were no injuries reported and the 48-year-old driver of the Jeep was not arrested or cited by law enforcement.
According to Paul Kramer, Paul Pelosi’s attorney, the Speaker’s husband “was attending a dinner party at the home of friends near Oakville.”
“He left that party at 10:15 p.m. Saturday, to drive to his home a short distance away. He was alone in his car,” Kramer said.
He asserted that Pelosi had stopped at the intersection and that his car “was hit on the back fender by a Jeep.”
“Mr. Pelosi was fully cooperative with California Highway Patrol officers who arrived a few minutes later,” he said.
Despite the fact that this incident wasn’t all that serious and that DUIs happen all the time in the US, Melissa Michelson, the Dean of Arts and Sciences at Menlo College, said that the incident damages the image of lawmakers who claim to care about Americans but don’t act like it.
“I think that reflects poorly on the Speaker and Congress generally. Like, hey these are pressing issues here, and instead your husband is gallivanting around in Napa, you’re off in Rhode Island giving a speech at a fancy university — what are you doing to keep America safe and advance our conversation about what needs to be done about all these shootings,” Michelson said.
We know that Nancy Pelosi was on the complete opposite side of the country because her spokesman, Drew Hammill, released a statement immediately after the incident to point out the fact that she was in Rhode Island and nowhere near her gallivanting husband.
“The speaker will not be commenting on this private matter, which occurred while she was on the East Coast,” the statement said.
Lawmakers are the nation’s elite. It will be interesting to see how this all transpires. Will Paul Pelosi serve the same penalties as you or I would? Only time will tell but I think we all know the answer.

So they claim— but video will help identify the woman with him— assuming it was a woman and not somebody related to Admiral Tranny. Did they impound the trousers—- to verify the cum stains belonged to him?? Was he pretending to be a Kennedy and doing hanky-panky in the car??
Does the dinner party he was at have security footage to identify the woman he left with??
Or was it an “Eyes wide shut” party, where Paul was drained before he left? Are the Police interviewing dinner party attendees to find out what he drank and who he left with??
I doubt it—– there will be NO investigation of a Democrat by other Democrats—- because that is the way the legal system has been corrupted here.

Michelson is an example of how deranged our education system is. She sits back and condemns law abiding citizens without all the facts. These shootings are way too convenient for the leftist idiots in charge for one. Doesn’t she wonder why law enforcement in these areas respond like a bunch of cowards. It prolongs the time the shooter has to wreak carnage on these innocent children. No, I suppose the good dean wouldn’t consider anything that obvious, she’s too busy trying to shift the blame where it doesn’t belong. By the way, I wonder if the good dean knows how many babies her and her ilk are responsible for killing since they got their way.
I think all these shooters should be checked to see what party they belong to. From kindergarten on up students are being brain washed into the Democratic Party. They are very hostile and being taught violently is the only way. Now we have VR headsets for online gaming where you actually become one inside the game and try killing another gamer. I have about 5 friends that actually turn VERY violent if I mention Trump or fraudulent election they almost foam at the mouth. I would not turn my back on them. Right on, it sounds like you’re in CA, my home state. I left there years ago to get away from what I saw as a disaster, little did I know how bad it would become.
The education system has gone down the toilet and no one seems to understand what the left is doing. Tell your friends to look up any communist regime change in the 20th century and see what they have to say about what’s happening now. One thing they all have in common is the disarmament of the citizens. If their still stupid enough not to see it, you don’t need these crap heads for friends.
You’re also right about the politics of the shooters. If the communist left wants to make a difference, they’ll enforce the laws that already exist, and they’ll ban their kind from owning anything that might be considered dangerous.
