(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – The question that needs to be asked — though I have a sneaking suspicion already what the answer will be — is whether or not folks in this country should be tracked and jailed for spreading what is deemed to be “misinformation?”
While you and I, real Americans who value our liberty and the ability to speak freely and openly about anything and everything, a right that is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution, it seems former Fox News reporter Carl Cameron, who used to work as the network’s chief political correspondent, thinks it’s time to do just that.
The comment was made during an interview Cameron had on Tuesday with MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace as part of a conversation that focused on the political ideology of mass shooters.
“What happens at Fox News when something like this happens?” Wallace went on to ask Cameron.
“I can’t even imagine. It’s partly why I ended up gettin’ out of there,” Cameron replied.
“It really is kind of horrible to think that journalists with national and international capacity are putting together this type of nonsense,” he continued.
“I think the president did a great job. I wish he had done a lot of this a lot sooner, and we need a lot more from the left and the middle, and we got to watch out because the Republicans have become the purveyors of misinformation, and when our two-party system is broken like that, democracy is seriously in trouble,” Cameron added.
“The president acknowledged that it’s time to actually start doing things and maybe taking some names and putting people in jail,” the former Fox News reporter said, according to a report from WND.

It’s stunning that someone actually said this, out loud, on a publicly aired news program that has an audience of simple-minded fools eagerly gobbling up every word these fascists spit out of their mouths. How can anyone support such an idea? Stripping away freedom of speech is the first major step in destroying a free nation.
And there’s little doubt in my mind that Cameron is well aware of this. People like him are authoritarian to the core. Once upon a time, this kind of thinking was something a person kept to themselves. Now, thanks to the left moving the Overton Window of what is acceptable to say out loud when it comes to expression of leftist ideals, these individuals are no longer hiding their true intentions.
It has become a scary time to be an American.
