(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – America has countless problems right now and instead of actually addressing any of them the Biden regime is busy fighting political battles.
The FBI opened numerous investigations into concerned parents who attended local school board meetings to voice their opposition to forced mask wearing, Critical Race Theory, and other issues.
These parents were then labeled with a threat tag the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division created.
House Republicans are calling out this political charade for what it is.
GOP members of the House Judiciary Committee published findings they compiled with the help of whistleblowers in a letter that was sent from ranking member Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) to Attorney General Merrick Garland.
In the letter (read it here) was information suggesting the FBI “labeled at least dozens of investigations into parents with a threat tag created by the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division to assess and track investigations related to school boards.”
The cases the FBI monitored and tagged with the new threat tag — EDUOFFICIALS — included those of “parents upset about mask mandates and state elected officials who publicly voiced opposition to vaccine mandate,” the letter explained.
Jordan noted that the information uncovered by the Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee is contrary to Garland’s sworn testimony before the committee where the AG “denied that the Department of Justice or its components were using counterterrorism statutes and resources to target parents at school board meetings.”
“We have learned from brave whistleblowers that the FBI has opened investigations with the EDUOFFICIALS threat tag in almost every region of the country and relating to all types of educational settings,” Jordan wrote.
“The information we have received shows how, as a direct result of your directive, federal law enforcement is using counterterrorism resources to investigate protected First Amendment activity.”
The Washington Examiner reported that in October, Garland instructed the FBI and the Justice Department to form a joint task force that would investigate supposed threats against members of local school boards.
This directive came a month after the National School Boards Association sent a letter to the Biden regime asking them to get involved and investigate parents as domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act who were protesting at school board meetings.
The NSBA was forced to apologize after backlash over the letter and withdrew it a week after sending it. Despite the NSBA retracting their letter, Garland maintained that his directive still had relevance.
Jordan provided examples of cases the FBI investigated using the terrorism tag in his letter. He asserted that “this whistleblower information is startling.”
“Although FBI agents ultimately—and rightly—determined that these cases did not implicate federal criminal statutes, the agents still exerted their limited time and resources investigating these complaints,” Jordan wrote. “This valuable law-enforcement time and resources could have been expended on real and pressing threats.”
The Western Journal reports:
In one case, a mother told a local school board “we are coming for you.” Someone then complained about the incident through the National Threat Operations Center, alleging that the mother was a gun owner who belonged to a “right wing mom’s group” called “Moms for Liberty.”
Following the complaint, an FBI agent interviewed the mother, only to find out that her statement was a warning that her organization would seek “to replace the school board with new members through the electoral process,” Jordan’s letter stated.
“Parents have an undisputed right to direct the upbringing and education of their children, which includes voicing their strong opposition to controversial curricula at local schools,” Jordan said.
“This whistleblower information raises serious concerns that your October 4 memorandum will chill protected First Amendment activity as parents will rightfully fear that their passionate advocacy for their children could result in a visit from federal law enforcement.
“You have refused to rescind your October 4 memorandum and its anti-parent directives. In light of this new whistleblower information, we again call on you to rescind your October 4 memorandum,” Jordan wrote.
Don’t hold your breath waiting for Garland to do the right thing. He’s as big of a leftist shill as Joe Biden himself.

One does not have to look very hard to uncover what Republicans say are smoking guns, The problem we have is that they never do anything about what they uncover. Our Judicial System is a complete failure our News Media will not even cover the incompetence and corruption. We are in serious trouble and sadly a very large portion of our citizens either dont care or just dont pay attention. If we dont WAKE UP its very soon going to be too late. Our MID-TERM elections are more important this election cycle than ever before, If we dont remove from the Halls OF Congress this cycle those that are in support of this incompetent irresponsible administration it will be too late by the time they are out of office, Every thing this administration goes near turns into a complete disaster they havent gotten anything correct since day one. I have never seen in my lifetime an administration that just does not understand anything they cant get out of their own way, Its the blame game every time they step in front of a camera. Im not really very happy with Republicans either there are many of them that need to be removed as well. Wake up America get out the vote in November and BE INFORMED WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE VOTING FOR.

Laws have become meaningless to the democrats and It is amazing that the republican governor of Virginia is going along with the idea that laws are not to be enforced. It is no secret that what the so called “protestors” who are really threatening those who do their job but get in the way of the willful petulant mob ARE VIOLATING THE LAW but there is NO ENFORCEMENT of the law making having a law a mute point. That is a major encourager of the petulant mentally childish mind of the immature protestors who have no concern for anyone or any thing other than their wants. Now this is not the way to have a secure country which is why we DO NOT have a safe and secure country.

The mistake was made over 12 years ago when no one dared to investigate the legality of Obama’s citizen ship. We are experiencing the fruit of that poor judgement. We made the mistake to not truly investigate and holding accountable, under our laws , the Clintons and Obama for flagrant violation of our laws, but they were given a pass. That is where we as a country sealed our fate. When high office is not held responsible we fail.
No one makes stupid decisions such as this administration has been doing unless it is not mistakes , but intentional demolition of a country.
