JUST IN: 1st Murder Charge Linked To Roe Reversal Protests Has Been Filed

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – We all knew that the radical left would respond with violence after the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was announced last Friday as the lead up to the landmark announcement saw domestic terrorist group, Jane’s Revenge, along with other pro-abortion group, attacking pro-life organizations and ministries with acts of vandalism and arson.

Well, according to The Western Journal, the very first attempted murder charge since the reversal has been filed.

The report revealed that protests over the decision took a violent turn in Los Angeles on Friday evening. A protester allegedly assaulted a law enforcement officer using a “makeshift flamethrower,” according to KTLA-TV.

Michael Ortiz, 30, was arrested and is expected to be charged with the attempted murder of a police officer. His bail has been set at $1 million, according to the Western Journal.

The officer involved in the confrontation was sent to the hospital where he was treated for his burns. There is, as of this writing, no word on his condition.

Los Angeles Police Department Chief Michel Moore put out a statement Saturday, saying, “I condemn the violence against officers that occurred last night and into today. Individuals participating in such criminal activity are not exercising their 1st Amendment rights in protest of the Supreme Court decision, rather, they are acting as criminals.”

“Juliana Bernado, 23, who allegedly tried to take an officer’s baton during the Friday night protest, was also arrested and taken into LAPD custody, according to KTLA. Bernado faces a charge of resisting arrest,” the WJ report stated.

“At a time when House Democrats are carrying out their Stalinist show trial over the events that took place on Jan. 6, it’s important to remember this: During the Capitol incursion, a U.S. Capitol Police officer shot an unarmed protester who did not pose a threat to anyone. Conservatives, who were protesting what they believed to be an unfair election, showed up to make their voices heard. They trespassed inside the building, and in some cases, were waved in by police officers. The protesters were unarmed,” the report pointed out.

The piece from the Western Journal then noted that when the leaked opinion was passed around the Internet in May, protests started taking place. The left then attempted to apply pressure on the Supreme Court justices to change their minds about the preliminary decision. Groups like “Ruth Sent Us” staged protests outside of the justices’ homes, despite the fact it’s illegal to do so.

Not that it matters when your attorney general refuses to enforce the law.

Then, just a few weeks later, a man traveled to Kavanaugh’s home in Maryland, armed with a firearm, ammunition, and various tools necessary to break into his home. He told police he was planning to kill Kavanaugh and then himself.

The reason?

He was upset over the potential overturning of Roe.

The folks on the left can’t seem to figure out how to disagree with someone in a civil, peaceful manner. Their solution to most problems is through violence and intimidation, the same tactics utilized by socialist dictators.

What’s hilarious is they don’t even seem to see their own hypocrisy.
