MUST-SEE: Decorated Army Veteran ARRESTED By NYPD In The Cheesecake Factory After REFUSAL TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION!

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – A new report from Gateway Pundit has revealed that six men, one of which was a decorated military veteran, were arrested in New York City after they failed to produce evidence that they had been vaccinated against the coronavirus.

Welcome to the New America, folks. Be sure to have your papers ready for the gestapo when you enter the restaurant for your dinner reservations. Who knew that it would only take a disease with a 99 percent survival rate to transform the United States into Nazi Germany?

NYPD was called by the manager of a Cheesecake Factory restaurant in Queens, New York after a large group came into the establishment without Vaccine Passports and were then promptly denied service. They then went on to try and place orders for food and drinks at the bar and from tables in the restaurant. That’s when local police were called.

Mitchell Bosch, a retired U.S. Army veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, was one of the individuals who was placed under arrest during the incident (screen shots here and here).

“I served in Afghanistan, I served in Iraq,” Bosch stated. “We are fighting an army much stronger than us. The enemy is the politicians, the oligarchies. We have to do civil disobedience in order to get medical freedom. All we want to do is get something to eat and drink and we will gladly get out of here. This is what its gonna take to get America to wake up- people to sacrifice, to get comfortable with getting uncomfortable. Our time is now. This is holding the line- today. We as the people take a stand. Even if it means we go spend a little time behind bars- we will not comply. WE WILL NOT COMPLY. Medical Freedom is not negotiable. Plain and simple. NOT NEGOTIABLE. I fought for this country in order to give everybody the opportunity for freedom- and I am not going to go down. I am willing to die for my country for freedom.”

The six men who were arrested were all part of a sit-in with the goal of defying the unprecedented “Key to NYC” Vaccine Passport Program (screen shots here and here).

“This is the civil rights movement all over again,” Derrick Gibson, one of the men participating in the sit-in protest, went on to say. “We are doing a sit-in at the Cheesecake Factory patiently asking to be served like everyone else in the restaurant and we are not moving until we are served. We are tired of living in New York City and being discriminated against.”

“A New York City Police Captain and dozens of NYPD police were called to the restaurant when the unvaccinated patrons sat at the bar and at tables throughout the restaurants, refusing to leave and asking to be served. The Captain threatened the unvaccinated patrons that they would be arrested and charged with criminal trespass if they did not leave. He then changed his mind and said the charges ‘would be determined at the station,'” the report said.

“A restaurant manager told police he wanted to press charges against the un-inoculated, therefore unwelcome guests. Ray Velez, one of the arrested (pictured here), stood and debated with the officers before he was handcuffed,” TGP continued.

“We are here to access the facility in normal business hours, we are invitees of a public accommodating business, we are not committing a crime. We are here to eat, that cannot be criminal trespassing,” Velez said.

Velez then reminded the law enforcement officers that they swore to an oath to uphold the Constitution.

“Bro, you are taking orders. We fought for you bro, we fought for you NYPD,” another one of the unvaccinated guests said to police in a video.

One protester yelled, “Nazis!” at local police, along with “Traitors!”

“We must get our fellow Freedom Fighter’s backs,” activist and Newsmax host John Tabacco stated. “They are willing to put themselves on the line and we have to stand behind them.”

Video footage shows members of the NYPD and the manager confronting protesters at the Cheesecake Factory deciding to press charges as he argues with upset patrons of the restaurant.

“New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s ‘Key to NYC’ program was a first of its kind vaccination mandate for workers and customers at indoor dining, fitness, entertainment, sporting events and other venues,” TGP said, adding, “Mayor de Blasio, who is known to quote Karl Marx’s ‘Communist Manifesto’ by memory, spearheaded the unprecedented program this past year.”

“This mayor is the most hated in New York City History,” Tabacco said, speaking of de Blasio. “It takes a special type of person to be despised by both the police and Black Lives Matter. And everyone in between. He continues to insist on continuing to destroy freedom in New York City on his way out the door.”

Currently, the program now requires kids who are between the ages of 5 to 11 to show proof of at least one dose of the vaccine in order to get into these kinds of venues. Residents of New York who are 12 and older are required to produce proof of both vaccine doses, except for individuals who took the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

“The mayor also announced a first-in-the-nation vaccine mandate for private-sector workers that will apply to roughly 184,000 businesses,” the report said. “Finally, the mayor announced 5-11-year-old children will be required to get vaccinated to participate in high-risk extracurricular activities. These activities include sports, band, orchestra, and dance.”

“My children will now grow up on a level playing field with other children,” Derrick Gibson, who is a New York Gubernatorial Candidate who was there at the Sit-In, went on to say. “They will be at a disadvantage. They cannot play sports, participate in other school activities or enter venues or restaurants. Because they are not vaccinated they will be discriminated against. It is unconstitutional and we must fight these mandates.”

It’s insane that something like this is happening here in the U.S. What happened to our country?
