(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – The Emmy Awards took place over the weekend and as we all could have predicted, it was a massive slap in the face to the rest of America.
While obnoxious COVID rules and protocols are still affecting the lives of hundreds of millions of Americans, Hollywood elites have proven it truly is “rules for thee, but not for me” when it comes to COVID.
Could there be a bigger sign that the entire COVID pandemic has been a massive scam from the beginning?
The lowly peons of America are being all but forced into taking the experimental COVID jab and mask mandates are making a roaring comeback, especially in schools where children are being forced to mask up for hours every day. Yet, Hollywood continues to party it up like there’s no pandemic at all.
The joke really is on us and Hollywood is laughing.
Film and television actor Seth Rogen called out the violations of COVID rules during the ceremony though his sentiments appeared to be sarcastic. Rogen made comments about the number of people crammed into the tent and said they were “lied” to about the event being outdoors when it was not.
“Let me start by saying there is way too many of us in this little room,” he joked.
“What are we doing? They said this was outdoors. It’s not. They lied to us. … We’re in a hermetically sealed tent right now. I would not have come to this. Why is there a roof? It’s more important that we have three chandeliers than to make sure we don’t kill Eugene Levy tonight. That has been decided.”
The Los Angeles County Health Department made a pathetic attempt to justify the blatant double standards and hypocrisy in a statement issued in response to the uproar over Hollywood elites not being forced to mask up for the indoor event despite county-wide mask mandates.
In a statement obtained by the Los Angeles Times, the health department claimed the awards show, where hundreds of Hollywood elite gathered without masks, was exempt because they implemented additional safety modifications.
“LA County’s Health Officer order requires everyone to wear a mask indoors, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated. However, exceptions are made for film, television, and music productions, as additional safety modifications are made for these controlled interactions,” reads the county’s response.
Well, the L.A. Department of Public Health has spoken, and the answer is: Yeah, kinda. https://t.co/N4Me7qVY6G

“The Emmy Award Show is a television production, and persons appearing on the show are considered performers. All persons appearing on or in the audience of the Emmy Award Show were fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Also, Public Health was informed that each of these persons had a verified negative PCR test 48 hours prior to the show.”
The health department also went on to explain the award show was exempt from COVID rules because they allegedly contacted the department prior to the show and required guests to be fully vaccinated.
“The Emmys reached out to Public Health in advance to share their safety protocols, which exceeded the baseline requirements for television and film productions,” the health department told the Times.
“Careful planning before large events is essential to assure that all health and safety requirements are adequately addressed. … Public Health will continue to review the protocols of future large television production events and prescribe additional safety modifications to mitigate risk of COVID-19 transmission.”
The Times pointed out that while Hollywood actors attending award ceremonies are exempt, “those not actively participating in a music, TV or film production are still required to wear face coverings indoors in L.A” whether vaccinated or unvaccinated.
Social media users were quick to mock the health department’s pathetic attempt to cover up their obvious double standards for Hollywood celebrities.
“Regardless of vaccination status, those not actively participating in a music, TV or film production are still required to wear face coverings indoors in L.A.”
They really said rules for thee, not for me. Follow the money.

Bahaha, the hypocrisy of it all. How about same rules for all regardless whether you are rich, celebrity, politician. Or are rules only for us peasants.

So they admit that this minority doesn’t have to play by the rules set for the majority.

Wealthy people have never followed the rules, that’s why during a lockdown kardashian were flying off to private islands for parties. It’s time for people to find a new obsession.
