(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Not only is there political persecution going on in America in the wake of the Jan. 6 ordeal that Democrats have insisted was an attempted “insurrection,” but those that have been hunted down by the FBI and charged with crimes are being held captive and tortured.
The Gateway Pundit reported on a man named Ryan Samsel who “was leading the charge against Capitol Hill Police” that day. Samsel reportedly pushed over bike racks, stormed the Capitol and allegedly injured a female officer.
Samsel was arrested and during his incarceration in a Washington DC prison he was brutally beaten by guards which resulted in the loss of one of his eyes.
There was not an isolated incident. Many other reports of abuse and torture have come to light in the months since Jan. 6.
On Thursday night, attorney Joseph McBride appeared on Newmax and talked to host Greg Kelly about the ongoing abuse and torture of the Jan. 6 political prisoners in DC.
McBride told Kelly, “What I can say about the Jan. 6 protesters who remain incarcerated or detained at this point, is that their constitutional rights and human rights are being violated by the Department of Justice and the Federal Government at this very moment.”
He went on to explain, “The law is clear that no type of punishment is appropriate for a detainee. Despite that numerous detainees are being held in solitary confinement for long periods of time. They’re being denied medical care. They’re taking beatings. They’re being denied sleep. They’re being psychologically, emotionally, and physically tortured on a regular basis.”
Greg Kelly asked, “Who’s beating them up?”
McBride told Kelly, “I am alleging that the guards are beating them up. The staff are beating prisoners on a regular basis and have been doing so for a long time. This is no exaggeration.”
Kelly asked if McBride’s client, Richard Barnett, was beaten by guards. McBride responded that “he absolutely was.”
“He was beaten. He was dragged. He was hog-tied. One time his pants dropped below his ankles exposing his private parts while he was taking a beating in front of a female officer. And he had to beg and plead to pull his pants up.”
It sounds like those who have been politically persecuted in the US are being treated worse than terrorist scumbags at Gitmo.
“They’re being treated like third world country political prisoners,” Gohmert said.

Not only have these Americans been hunted down and arrested by the corrupt FBI for the crime of being present on Jan. 6 and entering into the Capitol building, they’re being literally tortured and abused.

America is heading down a very dangerous path and Nancy Pelosi’s committee to investigate the Jan. 6 “insurrection” is sure to make things much, much worse.
Thankfully, she showed her hand when she rejected the inclusion of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s picks of Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Jim Banks (R-IN).
Republicans need to conduct their own investigation into the Jan. 6 events as well as the treatment of those hunted down and arrested by the FBI. America deserves to know the truth and these Americans deserve their freedom.

This is a straw man argument. Whatever did or didn’t happen in other states at other times to other people cannot be used as justification for the unrelated actions of another load of people. The law is what it is, and plenty of lib activists are serving time fir breaking various laws. If people get arrested at demonstrations they are put through the legal process. Based on the evidence they are prosecuted or not. The violent mob at the Capitol were literally filming themselves doing that shit and streaming it online. You can’t do that and just expect to go back to work on Monday as if nothing happened. For years conservatives have pushed for tougher sentences and harsher prison regimes. I would like to know what took so long for the lawyers to get on TV and even radio for that fact. There has to be some law they can sue someone to get due process for these prisoners. How are the guards not being looked at, they can be sued, what they are doing is a criminal act, it is not normal discipline. Where are the lawyers groups that will get into this fight, for free, if necessary, or is the problem these prisoners being normal middle class people just don’t have the money or the ability as a well known person to get any reporting on what is going on in this jail. This is criminal activity in this jail and it is not being investigated by whoever is in charge of our jail systems. Come on, get the law suits going. Making someone lose an eye for eternity is really a criminal activity you can sue, come on, losing an eye and it’s okay because the FBI thinks it’s okay to destroy someone’s eye.
