(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – According to WND, The People’s Convoy, which is a miles-long string of trucks and other vehicles that left the state of California last week, is set to arrive in Washington, D.C., on Saturday — where they will meet up with other truckers from all over the United States — wants Joe Biden to bring an end to COVID mandates and his self-proclaimed national “emergency.”
The report says that truckers made their way through the state of Ohio on Thursday. Folks described the convoy as being more than eight miles long.
Kris Young, who runs a Facebook page focused on the People’s Convoy, stated, “The rally in Monrovia was a huge success! The layover allowed for others from across the country to join us! We are bigger now than when we arrived.”
The total estimate for the number of people who showed up to the rally in Indiana, the Shifting Gears Rally, was said to be in the thousands.
Brian Brase, the man who organized the events, went on to say, “It’s time for truckers around the world to stand up for your rights now!”
“The activism has been modeled after the Freedom Convoy in Canada that started on its West Coast and traveled to Ottawa, where truckers closed down streets in civil disobedience that prompted Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to declare martial law and use violence against the peaceful protesters who were arrested by the hundreds,” the WND report says.
The government in Canada also took it upon themselves to confiscate trucks whenever the fancy struck it.
The Daily Mail put out a report concerning the American branch of the movement saying, “The People’s Convoy – which has raised more than $1.5 million in donations made through its own website – embarked from California last week on an 11-day trek to Washington D.C. The group plans to hold a peaceful protest near the capital city on Saturday and has sworn not to disrupt roads or bridges like their Canadian counterparts did. Organizers have promised a ‘100% safe, lawful and peaceful journey’ that will ‘terminate in the vicinity of the D.C. area, but will NOT be going into D.C. proper.'”
“The report said at least 25 other convoys reportedly were en route to Washington from other parts of the nation. Some of those have been small, some larger, and it remains unclear how many will congregate on Saturday,” the report continues.
The size of the convoy has been fluid throughout the trek across the country due to the length of the trip, expenses, and the price of fuel which is quickly climbing up to $4 a gallon.
Another group of truckers making the journey is known as the Southeast American Freedom Convoy.
Federal officials in Washington have placed local law enforcement on high alert and have even arranged to have hundreds of National Guard troops ready to confront the peaceful truckers.
And demonstrating total weakness, officials have also rebuilt the security fence around the U.S. Capitol. Which is absolutely absurd.
“The convoy, no matter its ultimate number of participants, already has seen significant success as many states and even federal officials have been dropping COVID mandates right and left in recent days,” the report adds.

“While the truckers’ message undoubtedly was heard, it’s also fact that Democrats who had imposed those restrictions on Americans’ constitutional rights now are gearing up for re-election campaigns for the 2022 midterms,” WND says.
COVID infections have been dropping in huge numbers, as there have only been 52,000 cases reported a day this week, which is down more than 90 percent from the 800,000 cases per day back in January.
The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention released new guidelines for the pandemic just last week, meaning that mask mandates are now gone for almost 70 percent of American citizens.
While that is great, all you have to do is look to Canada, Trudeau, and his government to see that the real fight has just begun. Trudeau has usurped a lot of power away from the people, and to be honest, they already didn’t have a whole lot thanks to their socialistic government.
Our government, at both the state and federal levels, has done similar, though not as severely as Trudeau and his minions. However, if we don’t take action to fight to regain that power and strip it away from the government, we’ll never get it back. And this will only serve to encourage the left to try conjuring up other “national emergencies” to justify more power grabs.

The gutless cowards in government need the fence to secure themselves from real Americans. If they weren’t guilty of their corruption, they wouldn’t need the fence. As a matter of fact, if they were above board, there wouldn’t be a need for this freedom convoy. We the people have been disenfranchised through a bunch of thieving slime who call themselves “lawmakers”. The rule of law doesn’t mean a thing to these dregs of a communist society. We vote for these people to do our bidding on a national level. They give us all these promises for our votes so they can go to Washington and forget all about us until the next election. Once there, their true colors come out. They push their own sick agenda and hang us out to dry. The problem is, those that would run against them are just as evil or worse, so they keep on getting re-elected.
